05 Understand the Programme

This programme develops the competence required to audit and lead audits of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems. It combines interpretation of ISO 9001 requirements with the audit principles, planning techniques, team leadership and reporting practices needed for effective first-, second- or third-party audits.

Participants work through the full audit cycle from programme planning and document review to opening meetings, evidence gathering, findings, closing meetings, reporting and corrective-action follow-up.
