Understand the Programme

This programme develops essential workplace first-aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills so participants can provide immediate assistance until professional medical help is available. It emphasises scene safety, casualty assessment, life-threatening conditions, CPR and practical response to common workplace injuries.

Where applicable, participants also learn the safe use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) as part of the chain of survival.
