Course Introduction

This course provides participants with the knowledge and skills to perform first, second, and third-party audits of Environmental Management Systems (EMS) against ISO 14001:2015, in line with ISO 19011 and ISO 17021. It is designed for auditors who want to upgrade their auditing competency and specialize in environmental auditing.

Day 2

  1. ISO 14001:2015 clauses (4–10) overview
  2. Context, leadership, planning & support
  3. Operational planning & emergency preparedness
  4. Performance evaluation & continual improvement

Day 3

  1. Audit case studies & group work
  2. Preparing audit checklists, conducting meetings & interviews
  3. Writing nonconformity reports & corrective actions
  4. Practice exam & revision session

Prior Knowledge Required

  • Participants are expected to have:
